A kettlebell is a  traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a canon ball with a handle used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular strength and flexibility training.  The kettlebell enables you to perform various exercises engaging your core strength in every exercise. There are no limits to what exercise you can perform using the kettlebell.
